Our cast acrylic sheets are manufactured to premium standards and offer a versatile, high-performance solution for a wide range of applications including signage, fabrication, lighting, retail displays, and architectural features. Compared to extruded alternatives, cast acrylic provides superior optical clarity, thermal stability, and resistance to crazing during fabrication.
One of the key benefits of our product is its tight thickness tolerance of ±0.1 mm, a significant improvement over the standard ±0.2 mm. This ensures more consistent results during machining and assembly, especially for precision applications such as CNC routing and edge-lit signage. Our cast acrylic also offers high light transmission (93%), excellent surface hardness, and good weather resistance.
